To respond to the environmental issues and because of the introduction of new manufacturing processes of electronics components, etc, more facilities, equipments, and parts are being used in high temperatures. As a result, there is a growing need for: improvement in the reliability of products and equipments; reduction in the equipment maintenance frequency span; reduction in the total investment costs by taking into consideration increased operating rates as well as the running and maintenance costs, etc.
Based on 40 and more years of accumulated experience in melting technology, processing technology, quality control system, and on heat-resistance data under various conditions and high-temperature corrosion data, etc., MMC Superalloy provides various types of heat-resistant alloy products as well as advice on deciding materials, and offers a wide variety of services.
The following list, for reference, is a comprehensive introduction of the various types of alloys. Please note that each data is an average value based on experimental data, and is not a guaranteed value.
